How is pricing calculated?

One price per organization, not per seat. Plans differ in how many monitors you have and how often they're checked, whether slowdowns and error spikes are diagnosed and sessions recorded, and how much control your team gets. Visitor reports, status pages and the agent API come with every plan, Free included.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, any time from Billing. Upgrades apply at once and are prorated. After a downgrade, checks slow to the new plan's fastest and features it doesn't include pause; nothing is deleted.

Is there a free trial?

There's something better: a Free plan with no time limit and no card. Every workspace starts on it with five monitors, visitor reports and a status page, and moves up to Pro or Business from Billing whenever a site needs closer watching.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cards through Stripe on every plan. Enterprise agreements can be invoiced, with net 15 to 60 terms.
